I just beat the Guild Hall 2 star Ratholos with a Blango Bow III

plus I wore the Regular Khezu gunner armor. I also had the Poison coatings for the bow which they did help against the Rathalos a little bit. I stocked up on Potions, Mega potions, max potions and ancient potion. ?*#! Rathalos knocked me out 2 times out of 3 in the fight and then I used the Ancient Potion to lengthen my health bar and I thought I had to use one of my Max Motions since the Rathalos was going crazy when he/she/it was limping around showing that it was about to die.

So Using the Blango Bow III is the best to use against the Rathalos so put that in your crack pipe and smoke it

Going up against the Rathalos that way helps me out so I can prepare myself better when goign up against the gosh darn Elder Tigrex quest.

Also ever notice in the Guild Hall 1 star, 2 star, 3 star and 4 quest there's quite alot of Shogun and Cephalos and Daiymo quests? annoying quests if you ask me

also I used a couple of flash bombs in the beginning too which the flash bombs did help to dizzy the Rathalos

i could kill kut-ku and 2 velocidrome ( in one quest ) with bow but not rath. that is my latest progress with bow .
