Well, I really need help on the HR6 white fatalis! I need his bow.

I am using Heroics, Full dark akantor (capacity up and RA +2, gemmed the distracted away) with akantor bow ( nr.1 recommended weapon).

So I'm just asking if you guys got any tricks or any advice on where to shoot. Atm I shoot at his chest and stuff. So yeah, please help me, and other hunters who Fatalis gives a hard time too!

I hear the head's a good spot to aim for, especially when he's swinging his head around while turning. You'll want some bombs when he goes into Armor Mode(looks like Rage, but doesn't go away after a minute).

I don't really know much about Fatalis, since I'm still preparing for that quest. But that's what I hear about whenever this quest comes up.

My opinion is : dont solo fatalis with bow ;)

K now we can come up with the weapon fights again but just think about it:

Damage is to low to kill suck beast.
His attacks are realy tricky so Heroics becomes dangerous.

Id recomend: hammer, GS, longsword and duals.

I dunno, Akantor Bow is like the number one recommended weapon against Fatalis everywhere I go. The face and head take much more damage than anywhere else(the face has a massive .80 modifier for both raw and Dragon compared to a laughable .20 most anywhere else, and that's a huge difference), and the Bow can hit that area the easiest, and doesn't require limited ammo like a Bowgun. This is really one of those few moments where the Bow shines.

The Akantor Bow is also pretty dang sweet, and lets you stay away from his claws and tail. That takes away a lot of his fast damage options. And even without Heroics, those other attacks would own you(lightning, fireballs, skydive) regardless of your armor.

akantor bow is maybe the best bow u can use vs fatalis, the bad thing is the rage mode, when he goes on it, i think he will only take only the half of the total damage.

i know that you wont like this recommendation, but the best way to fight him is with gunlance, yes, GUNLANCE. a lv 4 or 5 clust gunlance with ESP and white fatalis will cry(Pop Corn XL really recommended) . if not, just u can just take any other melee weapon with dragon element and ESP skill. but thats really risky.

but if you are going to still using bow ( bad idea, since at the second he will stay all the time on rage mode) you should aim mainly for the head, chest or wings, but if possible always head.

There are ways to deal with the Armor Mode, which is that constant Rage Mode phase(where he actually takes .10 damage instead of .20. That's half damage from melee areas, but a whole 1/4 of the damage that the face would take. It's a pretty nasty phase):

1. Bombs deal fixed damage, so one could bring bombs and combines for more bombs. Alchemy Guide would be basically required, allowing for more than 25 Large Barrel Bombs. With Felyne Gunpowder, you're looking at even more damage that Fatalis can't reduce.

2. Shelling from a Gunlance also deals fixed damage, which Fatalis can't reduce. Normally, that means shelling royally sucks, but here, it makes shelling useful.

3. An expansion of bombs, there's the suicide cluster method, which calls for a Bowgun user spamming all the Cluster shots and bombs that they can as fast as possible, then dying three times. On quests where you can repel the monster and fight it later with the same damage, the damage you deal before you fail carries over. I doubt this works in the Event Quest, where the only options are to kill Fatalis in 50 minutes or fail.
